You’ve handled the planning – the venue is booked, the vendors are hired and your vision is coming together. Now it’s time to hand over the clipboard. Our month-of coordination begins 4-6 weeks before your wedding, ensuring all the final details are organized and executed flawlessly. We’ll step in to confirm vendors, build a detailed timeline, run your rehearsal and manage the entire day- so you, your family and your friends can be fully present.
This service is ideal for couples who want to enjoy their wedding day without worrying about logistics, timing or problem solving.
Signature Service
Partial Wedding Planning
Great for planning support without carrying the full burden of coordination & planning. Our signature service of partial planning is designed to begin 4-8 months before your wedding day, once your venue and date are confirmed and you have an idea of the vendors you’d like. It bridges the gap between full-service planning and day-of coordination.
Luxury Package
Full Service Planning
A full planning package means the planner is involved from the very beginning through the end of the wedding day, handling both logistics and design sides of the event. The couple gets a “hands-off but involved” experience- they make the decisions and the planner does the heavy lifting.
