Month-of Coordination
You’ve handled the planning – the venue is booked, the vendors are hired and your vision is coming together. Now it’s time to hand over the clipboard. Our month-of coordination begins 4-6 weeks before your wedding, ensuring all the final details are organized and executed flawlessly. We’ll step in to confirm vendors, build a detailed timeline, run your rehearsal and manage the entire day- so you, your family and your friends can be fully present.
This service is ideal for couples who want to enjoy their wedding day without worrying about logistics, timing or problem solving.
Signature Service
Partial Wedding Planning
Great for planning support without carrying the full burden of coordination & planning. Our signature service of partial planning is designed to begin 4-8 months before your wedding day, once your venue and date are confirmed and you have an idea of the vendors you’d like. It bridges the gap between full-service planning and day-of coordination.
Premier Service
Wedding Management
A hybrid between month-of and partial. Allows more control and support than month-of, without full planning.
Our wedding management service begins 2-3 months before your wedding day- when your vision is nearly complete, but the pressure starts to build, you’ve booked your venue, hired your vendors and planned the core elements- now you need a pro to review the details, tie up loose ends and run the show. We take over vendor communication, create a seamless timeline and make sure everything unfolds how you imagined- so you can relax and enjoy the final stretch without stress.
Intimate Wedding Service
Micro Wedding /Elopement
For smaller-scale, less complex wedding events (15- 50 guests) with simpler logistics.
Whether you’re exchanging vows with a few close loved ones or escaping for an intimate celebration, our micro-wedding & elopement planning is designed for couples who want a meaningful, beautiful curated experience – without the overwhelm of a full-scale wedding. This package includes thoughtful planning support tailored to smaller gatherings with fewer vendors, simpler logistics and more of personal touch. From location scouting to timeline creation and day-of coordination, we’ll help you craft a celebration that reflects your love – without the stress.
